1: You really make all these things?

Yes, I do. I make everything myself. Sometimes I assembly line items based on type or thread needed. This greatly reduces my production time. I still make everything myself and I am only one person.

2: Do you do custom work?

Yes, I have created custom items in the past. Due to my current work/school schedule I may not be able to take on any custom projects but you can always ask.

3: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship to any country that I am legally able to do so. Shipping and item purchases do not include VAT, fees, customs duties, or any other taxes your country may impose upon you. You are responsible for these taxes and fees at the time of delivery. All items are shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service)

4: How do you ship items in the US?

Items for the US are sent either first class or priority mail depending upon weight. All items will have tracking. If you'd like an extra service such as insurance or signature required please feel free to ask me about having the added to you order.

5: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, I do accept returns. I, personally, hope you wont have to make a return. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer. Items must be in original condition with any tags attached. Items must be sent back with the same care as I sent them out in so packaging must be secure. Original and return shipping is generally not refunded. Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of item.

6: I live in WA state will I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, if you live in Washington State, USA you will pay sales tax as required by the state of WA. You will be taxed according to your delivery zip code. Sales tax is added to shipping and handling.
